Step 1: Gather all your ingredients together and add them into a blender. I like to cut the cucumber in half to make blending easier.
Step 2: Blend until fully mixed and the cucumber is fully chopped so that it appears to be a liquid consistency.
Step 3: Lay molds on top of a cookie sheet, then pour the mixture into the molds.
Step 4: Place molds in the freezer while on a cookie sheet. Freeze for 3 hours or more until fully frozen. Then pop out of molds and store in an air-tight container until ready to use.
